9-5-15 Hi everyone! My name is Melanie Stark. I am 20 years old and currently enrolled in Cuyamaca College and San Diego State University. I was born and raised in Alpine and played softball in our wonderful organization throughout my athletic career starting at age 8. Now, I would like to help spread and encourage any girls looking to improve their skills and have fun while doing so! My specialties are Slap Hitting (otherwise known as drag bunts) and pitching, yet I can teach fielding, and hitting as well! I am currently helping out with the winter ball 12U and 14U teams playing in the 2015 fall season, but I can teach any age! I have a true passion for athletics, especially softball, and I love to see girls grow within this wonderful game. Also, my motivation is to improve their techniques and make sure they have a positive attitude, which all make for a well rounded player! I can teach any ability level, including beginners!
